LEARNING OUTCOMES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Understand the strategic role of production units within private and public organizations.<\/p>\n

Understand the strategic objectives of the production operation function in different contexts.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of the organizational characteristics that determine the strategic role and the performance of a production system.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of the dynamics of the decision areas of operations strategy: management of capacity, development and management of supply network, management of process technology, and design and management of organizational structures and knowledge processes for achieving specific operations objectives.<\/p>\n
