{"id":35514,"date":"2025-04-12T20:21:33","date_gmt":"2025-04-12T18:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mead.upatras.gr\/?post_type=courses&#038;p=35514"},"modified":"2026-03-31T09:36:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T07:36:21","slug":"aircraft-systems","status":"publish","type":"courses","link":"https:\/\/mead.upatras.gr\/en\/courses\/aircraft-systems\/","title":{"rendered":"Aircraft Systems"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>COURSE CONTENT\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The course is separated into 12 modules as listed below :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flight control mechanisms<\/li>\n<li>Engine control mechanisms<\/li>\n<li>Fuel subsystem<\/li>\n<li>Hydraulic subsystem<\/li>\n<li>Electric Power subsystem<\/li>\n<li>Pneumatic subsystem<\/li>\n<li>Air conditioning Subsystem<\/li>\n<li>Emergency subsystems<\/li>\n<li>Helicopter subsystems<\/li>\n<li>Special function subsystems<\/li>\n<li>Avionics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Design integration procedures for the aircraft subsystems<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEARNING OUTCOMES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>THE LEARNING OUTCOMES FOLLOWING A SUCCESFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE REQUIREMENTS WILL INVOLVE ::<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge: The students are introduced to the basic structure of a typical aircraft and its main subsystems. This is followed by an extensive discussion on the current technology and design aspects of each of these subsystems.
