Quality Management: Principles & theoretical frameworks – Total Quality Management – Techniques & Tools – Statistical Quality Control – Certification & Accreditation – Standards & Systems of Quality Assurance – Quality in Service and E-Service.

Environmental Management:  Sustainability & Circular Economy –  Industrial Ecology – Bio-economy – Environmental Design of Products & Services   – Natural Resources & Wastes Management  – Environmental Performance – Life Cycle Analysis  – Eco-innovations.

In both areas, all concepts are discussed on a set of Greek and international case-studies.
